Pursuit of Status Green Bali Province


DENPASAR - Bali Governor Made Mangku Pastika said Bali should become the first province in Indonesia with the status as a province of green or green province.

In 2013 all activities of government and society must already meet those standards. "This is a challenge for all residents of Bali," he said when opening the Workshop Bali Green in the Office of the Governor of Bali Province yesterday. If agriculture can be developed, people will not be crowded, bustling city to scramble to move to work in the tourism sector to ensure a balance between urban and rural life. Pastika said the government had allocated funds through the budget of Rp1 billion to make the island of Bali as organic.
